Ingredients
10 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate melting wafers
12 ounces white chocolate chips
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 ounces dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
Layer ingredients in your crockpot, starting with all three chocolates, then add the peanut butter on top. Do not stir yet.
Cover and heat on low for 1 hour.
Stir thoroughly after the hour is up, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom.
Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until completely coated.
Continue heating on low for another 30 minutes with the lid on.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper while the mixture finishes heating.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
Let the clusters cool completely at room temperature until firm, about 2-3 hours.
Notes
Choose quality chocolate: Higher-end chocolate melts more smoothly.
Watch your timing: Stick to the heating times.
Perfect your scooping technique: Use a small cookie scoop for uniform clusters.
Control moisture carefully: Keep utensils dry.
Create gift-ready variations: Swap half the peanuts for pretzel pieces or add sea salt.
